Last month, as part of my dayjob at KCAI, I carved several stamps of plaza buildings for the Plaza Art Fair (Where KCAI Coutinuing and Professional Studies had a childrens activity booth). Anway, people loved my stamps. Especially my mom, who wouldn't stop raving about them and insisting that I needed to sell them.
I decided to make a few stamps aimed toward the Etsy seller.
Cooking fiber for the first time! After much searching, I ended up getting a Bayou Classic turkey fryer burner and stainless steel pot designed for home brewing. Plus the propane tank, it was about $150.
Not bad, considering that now I can make paper out of pretty much any plant, including things that I can harvest locally.
